jessie has been recruiting across industries and functions for over a decade, successfully partnering with executives to build effective talent acquisition engines, place high-caliber talent, and ensure long-term retention. after spending eight years building Gap’s product and inventory teams in NYC (in some cases from scratch), jessie took her talents to consultancy SYPartners, and most recently led recruiting at healthtech start-up The Pill Club, where she worked with leaders to rapidly scale their population and embed best-in-class talent acquisition practices. while she’s recruited for a wide variety of functions throughout her career, jessie’s deepest specialties include creative/product development, inventory management, product management, growth, and business operations.
